User: Any individual using the services, whether as a client or a professional. 3. Listener (Active Listener): A trained individual providing a safe conversation space without offering diagnoses or professional advice. 4. Licensed Psychologist/Counselor: A licensed professional delivering psychological consultation in accordance with ethical and legal standards. 5. Session: An interaction between the User and a Listener or Licensed Psychologist/Counselor conducted online (chat, phone, or video call). |
| B. Scope of Service |
| 1. Active Listening Service: Providing a safe, empathetic space to share thoughts and feelings, without offering medical diagnoses or advice. 2. Psychological Consultation Service: Delivered by licensed professionals to help Users navigate mental or emotional challenges. 3. These services are not a substitute for emergency assistance. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself or others, please contact your local emergency service immediately. |
| C. User Requirements |
| 1. Users must be at least 15 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under that age. 2. Users are responsible for any personal information shared during sessions. 3. It is strictly prohibited to use the services for unlawful purposes, threats, harassment, or hate speech. 4. The Platform reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for Users who violate these terms. |
| D. Privacy and Confidentiality |
| 1. All information and conversations shared by the User are confidential and used solely for service purposes. 2. Exceptions to confidentiality apply if: a. The User is at risk of harming themselves or others. b. Required by law for reporting purposes. 3. User data is managed according to the platform’s privacy policy and applicable data protection regulations. |
| E. Payments |
| 1. Services are charged according to the package or schedule listed on the platform. 2. Payments must be made through the methods provided by the platform. 3. Session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, fees remain payable. 4. Refunds are not provided except under special circumstances (e.g., service unavailable due to system error). |
| F. Liability and Limitations |
| 1. While the platform is committed to delivering the best possible service, it is not responsible for actions taken by the User after the session. 2. Listeners are not licensed professionals and do not provide diagnoses or therapy. 3. Consultations with Licensed Psychologists cannot be used as legal evidence in court without an official request. |

| 1. The platform reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 2. Users are encouraged to review updates regularly. |
